Terms of Service

1. What we offer

We sell social media marketing services — for example followers, likes, views and comments — for public profiles, pages, posts and videos. We never ask for your social media password, and you should never share it with us.

2. Your account

• You must give a working email address and keep your password (and two-step login, if on) safe.
• You are responsible for everything done with your account and your API key.
• One person or business per account. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.

3. Balance and payments

• Your balance is in Bangladeshi taka (৳). Funds are added through EPS — Easy Payment System (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, cards and internet banking).
• A payment is added to your balance automatically once EPS confirms it. Payments that look unusual may be held for a manual check first.
• Chargebacks or payments made with someone else's account or card without permission can get your account closed.
• Balance can only be spent on our services. See the Refund Policy for refunds.

4. Orders

• Enter the correct public link. The profile, post or video must stay public, and the link unchanged, until the order finishes.
• Don't place two orders for the same link and service at the same time; we can't tell which one delivered.
• Start times and speeds shown on a service are estimates, not guarantees.
• If an order is cancelled or only partly delivered, the undelivered part is refunded to your balance automatically.
• Wrong or private links, deleted posts, or changing the username during an order may mean the order can't be delivered or refunded.

5. Refills

Services marked with a refill period can be refilled free of charge within that period if the count drops, through the "Request refill" button on the order (one refill at a time, at most one request per 24 hours). Services marked "No refill" are not refilled.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use our services:

• for content that is illegal in Bangladesh, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or promotes violence or fraud;
• to harass or impersonate anyone;
• to attack, overload or probe our website or API, or to get around our limits.

Social media platforms have their own rules. You use our services at your own risk and we are not responsible for actions a platform takes on your account.

7. Reseller API

You may resell our services through the API. Keep your API key secret; you are responsible for all orders placed with it. We may limit request rates to keep the service fast for everyone.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud. Unused balance on accounts closed for fraud is not refunded.

9. Liability

Our services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Questions? Contact us through a support ticket in your dashboard.
